Mr. Chia Kwek Fah holds a Diploma in Art Education. He served in the education sector for 40 years. He has a vast experience in Art Education. He was an Art Consultant in one of the Government Schools; he worked in Ministry of Education as Curriculum Writer on Art and Crafts for ten years. He conducted workshops for teachers, students while he was in the Service.
